SERVICE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

The purpose of a Service Management Agreement (SMA) is to formalise an arrangement between Miracle Information Services (MIS) and the client to deliver specific support services, at specific levels of support, and at an agreed-upon cost.

These services are encapsulated in a contractual document, which is intended to provide details of the provision of all MIS managed services to the client. An overview of these services is provided in the diagram below:
