Miracle project managed the implementation of GLOVIA’s Contract and Project functionality, in two different business units, within CRE.
Major aspects of project included:
(a) Preliminary exercise to determine objectives and system suitability.
(b) Business process mapping and re-engineering exercise.
(c) Specification of enhancements to improve process efficiency.
(d) User training in the contracts and projects modules and PRP scheduling.
(e) Follow up exercise reviewing achievement of objectives and lessons learnt
