Miracle Information Services Ltd (MIS) are a GLOVIA Business Partner with over 15 years' experience of successfully implementing GLOVIA. MIS have implemented GLOVIA in over 50 customer sites throughout the UK, Europe and the Far East.
MIS have a team of over 20 skilled implementation consultants and software engineers who are dedicated to the supply and implementation of the GLOVIA business system. Our services then continue with the provision of post sales support and ongoing exploitation of the GLOVIA software. MIS recognize that our customers buy systems to help them achieve tangible business benefits, only by helping you achieve these benefits can we consider an implementation to be a success.
MIS pride themselves on providing value for money implementations, achieving this by means of quality staff who have practical industry experience, supported by a proven implementation methodology MIDAS. Supporting these individuals and the whole company ethos, is an internal quality system which is BS EN ISO 9001 accredited.
MIS also provide an advice and guidance helpdesk service for GLOVIA, this compliments the technical support desk provided by GLOVIA. The GLOVIA helpdesk is there to provide technical fixes to technical problems that have been identified. Our experience at MIS has shown that SME's do not have large dedicated IT departments which can filter and identify errors but need the human interface provided by the Miracle helpdesk to identify the problems and act as a conduit between the customer and the GLOVIA helpdesk. In addition to this, the MIS helpdesk service provides prompt telephone consultancy and advise whenever it's needed by the customer. MIS services extended to full Facilities Management, either onsite, or remotely managed.
MIS value each and every customer, and as our customers number in tens not hundreds, each customer installation is supervised personally by a Director and reviewed regularly.
